Upscale Dental Practice with locations in Beverly Hills and Northridge seeks a full time front office receptionist. Minimum 3 years experience IN A DENTAL OFFICE is required. Must have billing and collections experience. Strong organizational and verbal skills are a must. Knowledge of dental HMOs and familiarity with EASYDENTAL software is a plus. Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing, insurance billing, etc. Excellent people skills, professional demeanor, enthusiasm, and RELIABILITY required. MUST be able to travel to BOTH locations. This is a long term position. We are looking for serious applicants who wish to grow with our practice.
