Front Office Coordinator
EXCELLENT growth and long-term opportunity for someone to join our team! New Chapel Hill dental practice is seeking a full-time, experienced Front Office Coordinator to oversee all front office activities for the practice. The desired team member will be professional with excellent relational and communication skills, good organizational and time management skills, sound problem solving and decision making skills, patient-focused customer service attitude, experience and efficiency with computers and dental practice management software, and experience in all aspects of dental front office operations. Candidates without significant dental industry experience will not be considered. This team member must also be self-motivated, compassionate, reliable, and with a strong work ethic. Social media experience is a plus but not required. Finally, this team member should be able to laugh at jokes and themselves. Compensation and benefits are competitive and are commensurate with experience. Basic areas of responsibility will include appointment and financial coordination, patient management, general business and administrative activities, and some practice marketing coordination.
