Office Manager
Our Client located in Toronto is looking to hire a full time General Manager for their Dental practice. The successful candidate will have the ability to think strategically, thrive in a dynamic customer focused environment, and create a strong team environment around a sense of excellence in operations and market presence. This role requires strong business acumen in the Operations of a growing business. Our Client can teach you the Dental Industry. RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee 15 employees that report to this role with oversight for the associate Dentists, receptionists, dental assistants and hygienists. Ensure office achieves the monthly goal of $200,000 or more. In charge of all reporting and appointment setting, recalls and re-care numbers, hygienist billings, doctor billings. Responsible for the Staff Development Monitor all systems Responsible for annual performance management Oversee AR / AP function. Project work to improve processes across the business Research and liaise with Credit companies to review vendor relationships. Review and ensure supplies and inventory systems are in place. Lead all staff meetings. Oversees objective setting exercise to ensure everybody stays on track. Manages all continuing education opportunities SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree, Business or Economics, MBA is desirable Experience leading. Growing & measuring teams using formal performance management and goal setting processes. Measurable results around planning strategic initiatives. Experience leading a business in their growth phase. Ability to understand computer systems and recommend required improvements. Experience with end to end operational processes and procedures.
